Salut! Acum ceva timp am avut o problema cu Steam-ul: nu imi pornea Counter-Strike-ul. Am schimbat rezolutia din 1024×768 in 640×480 si mi-a dat eroare la EasyAntiCheat (EAC) si mi-a schimbat din OpenGL in Software iar CS-ul nu vroia sa porneasca, la genul ca intra in el si-mi iesea instant. Am pus -gl (optiunea de OpenGL) in Lauch Options si a mers. Pentru cei care nu inteleg ce inseamna setarile pe care le fac in Lauch Options, mai jos aveti o descriere a lor.

Am inceput sa ma joc, de vreo 2 zile un nou joc: Heroes of Newerth (HoN). Imi place, e fantastic, este altceva… Acceasi harta ca si DotA (Defense of the Ancients), doar ca este un joc complet, cu posibilitati multiple. Eroi, efecte, grafica, game-play… formidabile. Mai jos aveti trailerul de debut al jocului.
Vizioare placuta si spor la joc… Daca decideti sa incercati sa-l jucati, lasati un comment si spuneti-mi cum vi se pare.

After the old and successful AirWalk.DotA team disbanded last year but not before finishing on the 4th place in the most important competition in the country, the AirWalk Group went into a stagnant phase of inactivity via competitions and started focusing on Media Projects.
Now they’re back! For approximately one week of discussions and treaties with two top-ten DotA teams, an agreement has been made between Wait 4 Team (W4T) and AirWalk. The whole team has been recruited and will become the next AirWalk.DotA!
W4T is considered to be 3rd place in Romania in direct battle for the second place with neXtPlease (ex TeG). About two months ago they added three coL (Complexity) members, and by doing so they’ve ensured their place in the top 3. The entire roster is:

Officially announced the merge, as team manager Mihai ‘MoD’ Mihalcea has given a statement:
“First of all we salute the entire AirWalk community and staff. Today we can proudly announce that Wait 4 Team will effectively become AirWalk.DotA for as long as it can. We’ve constantly grown since our first apparition in a competition and we feel that this step will represent the next phase of our evolution as a strong team. AirWalk is expected to launch a site and add more teams at different games, in overview the future looks bright and we will carry the AW tag with big confidence.”

Cel mai mare eveniment de Counter-Strike din Emiratele Arabe Unite aduce fata in fata noua dintre cele mai bune echipe ale lumii. Premiul de $50.000 USD mai asteapta inscrierea a inca sapte echipe.
Inca noua echipe de top s-au inregistrat pentru Global Challenge-ul care va avea loc in Dubai si care vrea sa fie primul eveniment de acest gen din Emirate.
Toti cei care vor juca intre 18 si 24 Octombrie 2008 in Dubai vor avea ce sa povesteasca, aflandu-se pentru prima oara acolo.

Zvonurile care au circulat pe internet in legatura cu Google cumparand Valve au ramas doar zvonuri.
Ieri, site-ul binecunoscutului ziar, The Inquirer a reportat faptul ca “SURSE BINE PUSE” (scris mare) le-au spus ca Google va cumpara Valve din secunda in secunda. Aceasta va fi momentul prin care Google se va implica pe piata gaming-ului, printr-o companie cu succes precum Valve, cu titluri ca Half-Life si Counter-Strike, cat si serviciul Steam.
Cateva ore mai tarziu, PR-ul Valve, Doug Lambardi a dezmintit ceea ce s-a scris, spunand ca este vrajeala din partea “The Inquirer”
